Return and Exchange Policy – MS Natural Indian Oil Store
Exchange Policy
Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange any product purchased from MS Natural through gulfmile.sa within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. No exchange requests will be accepted after this period.
To qualify for exchange, the product must be in good condition, unused, and not benefiting the consumer in any way. The store reserves the right to inspect the product to ensure its condition before approving an exchange.
- The consumer bears the shipping costs in the case of exchange.
- For international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company.
- If the product is defective or the store made an error, the store will cover all costs and compensate the consumer.
Cases where exchange is not permitted:
- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or custom specifications.
- If the product consists of audio/visual materials or software that has been used.
- If the product is newspapers, magazines, books, or publications.
- If a defect appears due to misuse or poor storage by the consumer.
- If the contract relates to accommodation, transport, or catering services.
- If the product involves downloading software via the internet.
Return Policy
